Return & Refund Policy

    At Ashwa Coffee, we ensure the highest quality in our packaging and delivery. However, if you receive a damaged or tampered product, we are happy to help.

    Return Conditions:

    • Only applicable if the product was received opened or damaged.

    • An unboxing video is mandatory (from the moment the seal is broken).

    • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

    Refund Process:

    • Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

    Non-Returnable:

    • Products once opened (without video proof).

    • Taste or personal dislike does not qualify for returns.
