At Ashwa Coffee, we ensure the highest quality in our packaging and delivery. However, if you receive a damaged or tampered product, we are happy to help.
Return Conditions:

Only applicable if the product was received opened or damaged.

An unboxing video is mandatory (from the moment the seal is broken).

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Process:

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Non-Returnable:

Products once opened (without video proof).

Taste or personal dislike does not qualify for returns.
